Contact Ceisium

# Tell us what you need from your website search.

Email is the direct support path for Ceisium Search. Send enough context to reproduce the problem or understand the request. Do not send passwords, private API keys, payment-card details, or other secrets.

[yuvraj@ceisium.com](mailto:yuvraj@ceisium.com)

## Product and support questions

For a crawl or search problem, include the affected project, the public source URL, the search query, what you expected, and what happened. A timestamp and request ID can help find related logs. Remove private content before you attach screenshots or copied output.

## Billing and account questions

For billing help, use the email address connected to your Ceisium Search workspace and name the plan or invoice that needs review. Do not email full payment details. Payment information is handled by the payment provider and should stay in its secure checkout and portal.

## Security and privacy

Use the same contact for a security report, a personal-data request, or a question about the privacy policy. For a security report, describe the affected surface and safe steps to reproduce the issue. Do not test against another customer or access data that is not yours.

## Partnerships and technical discussions

Ceisium also welcomes practical questions about Ceisium Search integrations, documentation tools, and agent-readable websites. Include the product, site, and use case so the response can be specific. You can also review the [documentation](https://ceisium.com/docs/) and [About page](https://ceisium.com/about/) before you write.

## Response expectations

Ceisium Search is an early product with direct founder support. Response time can vary with the request and its impact. Account access, active service failures, and security reports take priority over general product feedback.
